Easter Woodland discovery trail
The Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens will once more run a family friendly event in the weeks leading up to and over Easter 2025. This very popular event is perfect for all the family, Adults can enjoy the story of the garden by following the self-guided tour, and take in the last few weeks of the Cherry Blossom, while children can discover the Easter Woodland Trail with a chance to win a very special prize.
The Woodlands in these unique Japanese Gardens will be filled with Easter themed animals, eggs, decorations and will provide some fantastic Photo Ops! Watch out on Social Media for Pop Up Events (Music and Storytelling). Of course this is a beautiful time of year in any garden, but it is the perfect time to take a stroll in a Japanese Garden. Gardens Open Every Day (subject to weather). 11am to 5pm (last entry 4.30pm). Adults €7 Children €3, U-3 Free. The Easter Woodland Trail is included Free with normal garden entry. Tickets can be purchased online (General Entry Ticket) or can be paid for on arrival.
